Economical productionOF INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL GEARS
We at nexus CNC-Technik offer you a particularly economical production of gears. Straight internal and external splines as well as keyways or plug-in splines are realized by us directly in the process. Thus, we can produce keyways and splines up to a length of 32 mm and up to module 0.85 directly in the turning process.
Your advantage? Since we can realize internal and external gearings as well as splines and grooves in the course of the turning process, you benefit from a significantly more cost-effective production and a higher precision of your components. For smaller quantities, we can also produce the gearing by means of wire erosion.
We offer our services in gear cutting technology, for example, for components that are further processed in engines. No matter which type of gearing we are allowed to realize for you, you can rely on our know-how and our modern machinery.
